    Please use mostly (70%, but preferably more) native plants in your plant list for Riverton in Chattanooga. (I assume you understand all the reasons behind this trending design ethic. Let me know if you’d like to learn more.) There’s great caché and bragging rights to living in an eco-friendly community.

    Benefits to the habitat aside, a community with a focus on native plant material has a unique sales proposition that appeals to upscale buyers.

    “Native” should be narrowly—not broadly—defined. Think Southeast Tennessee, not Southeast U.S.
