Solivita Community Project Overview
Solivita is the “new Florida hometown,” rich in amenities and oriented to the beauty of its natural surroundings. The design team paid very close attention to creating a pedestrian-friendly community that takes advantage of the site’s many recreational and social opportunities so desired by today’s active retiree.
The 105,000 sq. ft. Village Center is at the heart of Solivita and has succeeded in fulfilling the contemporary and future needs of the community by providing a state-of-the-art fitness center with indoor natatorium and running track, a fine arts studio, ballroom and theater, fine and casual dining, business services, golf clubhouse and cart staging/storage barn area, sales and preview center and adjacent model center.
