Project Overview

Canin Associates’ assignment was to create a series of rental cottage plans that could be used in various project locations and be designed to take full advantage of their unique selling proposition of rental homes with private, fenced backyards.

Canin responded with one-and two -story floor plan designs that were intentionally created for optimum construction efficiency that is critical in multi family development. The cottage plans consist of one, two and three bedroom homes with living spaces that have many windows and large sliding glass doors that open to the private, fenced backyards.
