Symphony Project Overview
Symphony is a planned new community that will contain a mixture of uses and will afford opportunities for residents to live, grow, work, play and build roots
within their neighborhoods. Symphony has been designed using New Urbanist planning principles, with a focus on creating a place with vibrant, connected
neighborhoods and civic places.
As a mixed use new community, Symphony will have a full compliment of on-site housing, recreation, employment opportunities, services and shopping to meet the needs of its residents, and the region’s population. Featuring a large central park and a sports complex, Symphony is designed as an intergenerational community, with opportunities, activities and home choices that appeal to a variety of life stages.
